Does Sparklebright work on all lenses?
Sparklebright can be used to clean all spectacles whatever type of lens you have. However, if you have an anti-reflective coating, the fog-free element may not work.

Do you have a safety data sheet?
The manufacturer has confirmed to us that Sparklebright does not contain any hazardous products or chemicals and, therefore, does not require a safety data sheet.

Can Sparklebright be used on my swimming goggles?
No, Sparklebright will not work on swimming goggles or masks as the water will just wash it off. It's very good if you use it on a housing for an underwater camera though.

Can Sparklebright be used on my Reactolight lenses?
Sparklebright is perfectly safe to use on any type of spectacle lenses and will not affect any type of coating that you may have.

My dog has licked my tub of Sparklebright, should I take him to the vet?
There are no harmful chemicals used in the production of Sparklebright so animals will not come to any harm if they decide they are partial to the taste.

How do I use Sparklebright?
For spectacles, just massage the lenses with a small amount of Sparklebright between the thumb and forefinger and then continue to rub with a lint free cloth or Kleenex tissue. Fold the tissue in half and then polish off. For larger items such as mirrors, again rub on with the fingers but polish of with a lint free cloth as a tissue tends to break up.

Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, we have suspended overseas orders until further notice.

Can I just order some travel pots?
Due to labelling requirements and postage, the travel pots can only be purchased at the same time as ordering standard tubs.

There seems to be a thin layer of liquid on my new tub, will it still work?
This can sometimes appear depending on the temperature when the Sparklebright was made. The product will soften as you use it and the liquid will just mix in.

Should my tub be full to the top?
Sparklebright is supplied in a quantity of 80ml. The tubs will hold approximately 120ml so they will not be completely full.
